1. Who we are

HalalInvesting.eu (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by:

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of HalalInvesting.eu (the “Site”) and any paid access you purchase. By using the Site or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Lifetime Access or otherwise use the Site for a financial purpose. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in the country where you are habitually resident.

3. What you're buying

For a one-time payment we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the directory of Sharia-compliant investment platforms, Islamic banking services and halal finance education listed on the Site (“Lifetime Access”).

• Access is tied to the email address you used at checkout.
• Access lasts for as long as we operate the Site. We do not guarantee any specific operational duration.
• You may not share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your access.
• The directory itself, its structure, copy and design remain our intellectual property.

4. Price & VAT

Prices are shown in EUR and GBP and are inclusive of any VAT applicable to consumers in your country, calculated automatically by Stripe Tax at checkout. Promotion codes, where offered, are applied before tax. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We never receive or store your full card details. By completing checkout you also accept Stripe's terms applicable to you as a payer. If a payment fails or is reversed we may suspend or revoke your access.

6. Right of withdrawal & waiver

Lifetime Access is digital content delivered immediately on payment. Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and regulation 37(1)(a) of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where:

• performance has begun with your prior express consent, and
• you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Before payment you must tick a checkbox in our purchase dialog and a separate consent on Stripe Checkout giving exactly that consent and acknowledgment. Once both consents are recorded and access is granted, no statutory cooling-off period applies. See our Refund Policy for the limited circumstances in which a refund may still be granted.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your sign-in link or grant any third party access to the directory;
• scrape, crawl, bulk-export, or otherwise reproduce the directory;
• resell, republish, or redistribute the listings or any part of them;
• misuse the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

8. No financial advice, no Sharia certification

The directory is informational only. Listings are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice and are not a recommendation to use any platform. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the FSMA, or any other financial regulator. We do not certify Sharia compliance — the responsibility for verifying Sharia status, regulatory authorisation and overall suitability remains entirely with you.

9. Featured listings

Listings in a “Featured” section may be paid placements. Featured status affects only that section's ordering and visibility; it does not influence the rest of the directory or any third-party search engine ranking. We accept no liability for the conduct or solvency of any listed third-party platform.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these Terms, share your access, attempt to scrape the Site, initiate an unjustified chargeback, or otherwise abuse the service.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Site or your purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us for Lifetime Access. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law (for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page is authoritative. Material changes that affect your rights will be highlighted. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also retain the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country in which you are habitually resident, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
