Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

HalalInvesting.eu (operated by MM Software Solutions CommV) is committed to making this directory accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the current state of accessibility, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) which applies to e-commerce services from 28 June 2025.

2. Conformance target

The Site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, at level AA. We have not yet completed an independent audit. Where we know that parts of the Site fall short of this target, those gaps are listed below.

3. Measures we take

• Semantic HTML and ARIA labelling on interactive controls.
• Keyboard navigation supported throughout the directory and the paywall dialog.
• Visible focus styles on all interactive elements.
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA in both light and dark themes.
• Text resizable up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
• Forms (sign-in, checkout) use labelled inputs and clear error messages.

4. Known limitations

• The hosted Stripe Checkout page is provided by Stripe. Its accessibility is governed by Stripe's own accessibility commitments.
• Some third-party platform logos shown in listings may not have full text alternatives describing the brand visual.
• An external accessibility audit has not yet been carried out.

6. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the competent national authority for accessibility supervision in your EU Member State. For Belgium, the supervisory authority will be designated under the Belgian transposition of Directive (EU) 2019/882.
